At the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Honorable Minister Findley, the Honorary Consul Cynthia L. Blandford attended the Liberian Consular Corp Retreat in Monrovia, Liberia.
During the trip we witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Firestone Highway with President George Weah officiating – the first 4-Lane Highway in Liberia.
