Tues and Thursday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Same Day Visa appointments are between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • All visa pick-ups are from 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM

VISA REQUIRED ITEMS

  • Original birth certificate of the child
  • Notarized consent letter from parent/guardian. (Whichever is not traveling with the child)
  • Immunization Records
  • Valid Passport at least 6 months
  • Visa Application form
  • Visa Fee
