Focusing on trade, education and economic development, Liberian Embassy in Washington recently profiled diplomatic partners in Atlanta. The Consulate office was established by Madame Cynthia Lynn Blandford, who was commissioned August 31, 2009 as Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Liberia in the state of Georgia. H.C.G. Blandford is Liberia’s first African American female Honorary Consul General.
