Please be informed that the Liberian Consulate in Georgia will be closed from Monday, August 22, 2022 and will reopen on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Visa processing takes 5-7 days to process, so, please plan accordingly.

No emergency same-day visa requests will be offered after Thursday, August 25, 2022, during this timeframe.

Please send all documents for visa request to the Liberian Embassy in Washington, DC., the Consulate in New York or Minnesota from August 22, 2022—September 13, 2022.

Finally, please also be informed that effective October 1, 2022, the Liberian Consulate will only be open on Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m.— 3:00 p.m. We will continue to process all mail requests for visas, however, only on Tuesdays. We will process emergency same-day visas on a case-by-case basis.
