Welcome and Greetings. Happy New Year to you and your families!
I am honored to represent you as the Honorary Consul General, Republic of Liberia, Consulate for the State of Georgia.
Appointed by Her Excellency, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, President, the Republic of Liberia in March 2009 and Commissioned by His Excellency, M. Nathaniel Barnes, Ambassador, Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in Washington, D.C. on August 31, 2009, in Atlanta, Georgia, my goal is to serve my constituents in the State of Georgia and throughout the Southeast with excellence and quality customer care.
As Honorary Consul General, my administration will focus on the implementation of the Government of Liberia’s Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS), including the Four Pillars: Peace and Security, Economic Revitalization, Governance and the Rule of Law, and Infrastructure and Basic Services.
In addition, please join me as we also launch the Honorary Consul General’s other priority Projects and Initiatives including, the Deferred Enforced Departure Campaign (DED), the University Consortium for Liberia (UCL), the Liberian Faith-Based Roundtable, and other programs and services. More details on these and other projects are outlined on my website. We are also hopeful to offer visa and passport services this year and will notify you when these services are available.
